Well I am interested in it only for selfish reasons. And science.
Near death experiences are something I want to wrap my head around and DMT is part of that. But I also want to understand the experience in a transcendent sense.

I know of one person who claims to have had a self-induced DMT trip by plunging herself into a lake during winter. She also became a devout Christian afterwards, so go figure.

Honestly, for me, DMT is just too plain damn weird for me to really get anything tangible out of it. Psilocybin is my go-to for really in-depth and revealing trips.

Death is a door. One door. Many doors. Not the only door.
For some it ends in darkness.
Some traipse the æther. Others lead back from whence thy came.
I've seen things. Seen worlds beyond and brought things back from beyond the veil.
An eternity can be spent in the flux. It's a queer place.
