Izzos is better, but I will say they can have consistency issues at certain locations. When they are on, it's very very good though. Didn't like Moe's at all last time I had it. Chipotle is mediocre. Not a fan of Qdoba either.
In BR I would say:
Izzos
Zippy's
Chipotle
Qdoba
And Moe's didn't survive

Izzo's for burritos, Moe's for quesadillas, and Zippy's for nachos.
