1. LSU ran the ball better when Jefferson was the QB.
2. Jefferson was an infinitely better running QB than Lee.
3. Jefferson was a better passing QB than Lee. Lee was merely an efficient QB, but Jefferson was MORE efficient than Lee during the 2011 regular from the moment he attempted his first pass.

And in games against Alabama, there is ABSOLUTELY no contest. Lee was death against Alabama. He never won a game against Alabama. Jefferson beat Alabama as a junior, and Jefferson bear Alabama as a senior.
