More walk throughs.
Just a general declining vibe.
Newer neighbors seem more hostile and less invested in their properties.
I have an aging relative in the neighborhood, who has been there forever, so it's more of a long term thing that I'm noticing.
It feels like a less secure place overall. Can't really explain it but it feels odder.
I mean, I wouldn't have predicted a robbery at that place, but when I saw the news it didn't exactly surprise me.
And I should add that I'm in central city almost every day, so I know the range of things to pay attention to in New Orleans.
Still weird though.

I can understand if some transplants are moving to the area but the properties around there are pretty damn expensive so they shouldn't have riff raff moving in nearby.
