Even though it's hot mom is making gumbo. Will eat that with a few light beers I guess. After I will either get in the pool or play golf all while watching golf and astros.

Shredded cabbage and red onion little diced tomato if they are fresh, smear of guacamole or avocado..Some cilantro and my voodoo sauce

VooDoo Sauce
(not all the secrets since working to get it produced commercially)
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 c chili garlic sauce (Sambal Oleck) or to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
I/2 c Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce
?2 tablespoons light brown sugar?
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine

Blend all together well and chill.

We spent the day in Henderson knee boarding.

For all the people I see fishing Henderson, I never see anyone catch fish.
