I agree, only one player in the HOF has more TD receptions than Carter. And in my opinion Rice is the best football player of all time.

led the league in TD catches 3x, and receptions once.
He never missed games, and at one point had 8 1000 yard rec seasons in a row.

Cris Carter being on that list makes no sense. Maybe the writer got burned by him at some point.
Broadway Joe was not that great a player, Elway was much better, but there have been better QBs out there. It does seem easier for a QB to make it as they are the rock stars of the NFL.
