these are the perfect atkins snack

eta as are most nuts (pecans, macademia, walnuts..)

I boil about a dozen eggs each Sunday and then have them for the week when I need a snack.

Also love apples and watermelons.

Third ingredient is sugar and a bit down is "natural flavor" (probably more sugars that don't have to be reported)

Unflavored nuts are much better for you. Hidden sugars are the vice of all of these flavored nuts.
