Do you make them often?

I wouldn't say often, but I do make them. Trader Joe's has a decent selection of cheese for a good price, but most often, we do Whole Foods. They have a basket labeled "$5 and Under Cuts"--I personally call it the odds and ends basket. It is where they wrap small cuts of cheese left over from cutting and sell them for only a couple dollars.

It is a good way to try random cheeses that you'd probably never buy/notice on your own. Especially if you're like me and know zero about cheese.

I'd like to find more meats. I have a hard time finding a lot of that in BR.

Yep...we hit that whole food's basket a lot. Maybe that Italian deli in BR...Anthonys?

Nor Joes is well stocked in the O.M.
