It's his new troll schtick. Tangerine created his account to post as a USC football fan and troll LSU fans about the 2003 BCS championship. Even his username is a lame dig at LSU being invited to the Tangerine Bowl in lieu of a better bowl game.
He went away for a couple of years when USC fell into obscurity but appears to be back with a new troll persona - Social Justice Troll. Others already play this role so he's late to the game. At least some of his new threads have some interesting articles.
