Biggest Movie Plot Holes/WTF moments?

Watched Jurassic Park again recently and its filled with them.
One that came to light was near the end when they're back in the control room and Lex is booting up the computer while Grant and Ellie hold the door.
Ellie is freaking out about the gun and how she can't grab it unless she moves. Tim is just standing there with his hands in his hair? Why the hell wouldn't he grab it?
I know this happens a lot in movies, but that particular moment is really forced. If you watch again, he's just standing there in the background jumping up and down like an idiot. Hard for me to understand how the director/editor let that one slide like that.
What are some of your other big holes/WTF moments in well-known movies?

I cant beleive this is not mentioned more often.
the TRex eats the goat, knocks the fence down and climbs out of the paddock
ten minute later when the truck goes over the wall the paddock is miraculously 70 feet deep

Batman leaps out of a building leaving a room full of innocent citizens at the whim of the Joker to save a dog faced man.
Then presumably he just leaves. Instead of standing at the elevator and waiting for the Joker or going back upstairs to fight him

That isn't a plot hole. It's just a kid acting scared and overwhelmed.
What is an inconsistency in Jurassic Park is the cliff that appears out of nowhere at the T Rex exhibit.

Ariel not being terrified of possibly eating her friends.
Star Fleet not giving a shite about Khan's teleporter in STID.

The meeting between Cypher and Smith in The Matrix grates on my nerves a little more every time I see the film

I actually liked the new Star Trek, but it was absolutely riddled with logic / plot problems.
One of the biggest being that the Romulans were in the same area of space for 20 years waiting for Spock to appear. Many reasons that made no sense since Spock went into the wormhole FIRST.
The plot problem was brought about because of editing and story rewrites. In the original script, the Romulan ship was damaged in the intial fight, then captured by Klingons.
They were held captive for 20 years.
That of course opened up a whole new slew of problems like how did they escape after 20 years and it sure seems like the Klingons could have fixed the Romulan ship and dominated space for 20 years.
So they cut that whole bit out and we just see the Romulans doing nothing for 20 years just waiting for Spock.
I won't even bring up the Romulan super drill and Vulcan having ZERO interplanetary weapons to stop the drill.
I'll toss out the whole plot of Trek Nemesis which also went through a million rewrites in which Piccard's clone was captured and made a slave to the Romulans yet that somehow made him hate the Federation and want to destroy Earth instead of Romulus.

How about the fact that the entire movie, you know when the T-Rex is approaching because it's so big, its footsteps cause everything nearby to shake, but somehow at the ending it manages to sneak up on an entire group of people and two velociraptors inside a closed building without so much as a sound.
