Not really because I'm not a dick.
If I look down and see I'm going a bit slow, I'll pick up the pace. If I'm going at an appropriate speed (based on whatever type of street I'm on) I just won't do anything different. If I'm going at a pretty good speed and he's still on my bumper because he's simply a madman, I might ease off the gas and slow down a bit.
Brake tapping does absolutely nothing but put myself at a higher danger of getting rear ended.

i dont brake tap either. i prefer the slow down method. brake tapping is dangerous.
