It just seems like a ridiculous thing to do, unless you have talked to the owner and given them warning


Let's say someone is taking drone photos of a house for a real estate listing and it passes over your yard, shooting it seems pretty ridiculous, even though you may not know their intentions


Now if you own 50 acres and see one over your secluded property, I may have a different opinion

It's like anything else though. If you don't want your drone to get shot then don't trespass with it.

I don't want to get shot so I stay off of property I don't have permission to be on.

What if that drone is actually hoovering over your pool creeping on the female members of your family?

How is the property owner going to tell the difference?
