And he finally answered him that he didn't have his drivers licenses. And again, he was fleeing from the cop for not having his licenses or front plate tags. Maybe he thought he was a fleeing criminal? Again though, nothing in that video warranted a bullet to the head.
Any competent officer would not have killed that man. This isn't the norm, and he deserved to be indicted.

I wonder how many competent cops have died because those routine traffic stops of guys just like this. No drivers license, starts car, not saying cop had to fire but once again you put the cop in a situation that could have been avoided by another good guy. Whatever
