Would he have been dragged if he hadn't reached his hand in the vehicle? Yes, people do daily obey the law and don't get shot. But how many people get shot for traffic violations as well?
There was no indication this guy was a threat and needed deadly action. The argument that he COULD POTENTIALLY drive recklessly and kill someone is calling him guilty before even committing a crime. Yeah, he was going to drive off. But he deserves to go to jail for that, not a bullet to the head.

There it is again you are the third person in this thread that defends his action of just wanting to take off. I am sorry a cop tells me to do something I do it. So as mentioned earlier what happens every time a black guy is pulled over they say frick I am out. Obey the officer and shite wont happen.
