IIRC the only thing that was critiziced about his gumbo was the color of the roux because he could have darkened it up a little bit.

Yea, not really seeing an issue with R2R's gumbo. Strange comment.

Are the vegetables in your gumbo "crunchy", Iron Camp Chef ?
