No, a really good prime ribs slow roasted and still rare to med rare with horse radish is awesome. Do one around 15lds at Christmass every year.
I did take a prime rib and cut into thick rib eys and grilled them and they were awesome. Had the prime rib tase in a rib eye steak.

this is a smaller one i did from my old camera phone, but I've never had anyone turn it down. I don't thnk you'd find that at Picadilly.
