More recently. They were putting in utilities to a shop for an anchor and they were aiming for Target.
Now it is going to be Lake Villas ( 191 homes) and Wildwood Apartments.

That all started in 2008. It was still planned, but no one could ever pull the trigger.

I know Lake Villas is not on the corner...it's actually on the southern side of Ben Hur. I'm almost positive the corner is still planned for the Target/Lowes development.
