I've been to Saints games in 25 different NFL stadiums and the Eagles game in 2009 was hands down my favorite. Such a blast.
Their fans are GREAT - don't believe the haters. Just compliment their city and their stadium and "make friends" with the people sitting next to you prior to kickoff. They'll get your back if anybody else tries to bug you later in the game.
Be sure to visit the old areas of Philadelphia - quite literally the birthplace of America. Benjamin Franklin's tomb (the greatest American who ever lived) is very plain - just a worn slate marker on the edge of a very old cemetery is a must see. Also Christ Church which is where most of the founders attended service - very old and tiny and quaint.
