I bit hard on Floyd last year....the QB situation didn't help, still a disappointment

Did I read somewhere that waivers are different this year? Auction instead of position?

The Detroit Lions spent a second-round pick on former Nebraska running back Ameer Abdullah in this year's draft, but initial projections had him serving as Joique Bell's backup as a rookie.
With Bell still recovering from offseason knee and Achilles surgeries on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list, however, Abdullah is "seizing control" of the Lions' starting running back job, according to Bleacher Report's Jason Cole.
Lions head coach Jim Caldwell sees "special ability" in Abdullah, according to Cole. The young running back appears to be handling his first NFL training camp extraordinarily well and is not only establishing himself as a fine ball-carrier, but as a reliable pass-catcher as well.

Alfred Blue is listed as the No. 1 running back on Houston's first unofficial depth chart.
Jonathan Grimes is listed with the second team, with Chris Polk coming in third. Rookie Kenny Hilliard is a distant fourth. Blue has the inside track to start in Arian Foster's absence after backing him up last year, but will be a part of a committee, and isn't guaranteed early-down duties. We'll know much more about coach Bill O'Brien's plans for his backfield after the third preseason game, which is generally a team's regular-season dress rehearsal.

Talking to NFL Network, Ryan hinted that McCoy could become only the third running back in NFL history to surpass 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 yards receiving in the same season.

Meh I didn't target White as a contributor. He was a throw in. It was basically Alshon and Bell for Forte.
