Agreed. And Romo was awesome last year in all of those facets. But Romo had the best OL I've seen in a LONG time last season, a good TE, elite WR, and a great RB. Brees hasn't been without help (including a few years with arguably the best OL), but he's never had a season with the talent that Romo had last season.

Yeah, know what is a better indicator of the quality of a QB? Consistency. Why do so many people have a problem with putting Big Ben or Flacco in the elite category, because they're both NEVER consistent year in and year out.
2009-2014, arguably their best years in this league:
Brees: 62-33 record, 3808 Attempts, 68.4% Completion, 7.8 Y/A, 228 TDs (6.0%), 95 INTs (2.5%), 101.2 Rating
Romo: 48-36 record, 2903 Attempts, 65.9% Completion, 7.8 Y/A, 161 TDs (5.5%), 64 INTs (2.2%), 98.9 Rating
Slight Edge to Brees since he's done it longer, but if Romo has another 3-4 years like what he did last year, he'll have by far better numbers.
