You would think they want to capture the business from the on the way home from work crowd. It's not even an option. Roberts and WF do a good job with this. Also the people in the deli act like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for something out the case. And good luck getting any help at the meat department at the one on Tchoups.
I will say the Tchoups location does a good job of having plenty cashiers.

How recently? Truthfully I haven't been since April, but it was much better around then than it was in September. It used to be my go-to on the way home from work stop. I was actually going to stop today.

The Tchop store needs to fire every single one of the deli workers. It's akin to rolling into the DMV and asking for cold cuts.
How Rouses finds their behavior acceptable is beyond me! I'm going in there one day and recording the customers in line for 2 hours and posting it online. The frowns and scoffs in those two hours should light a fire under the Rouse boys!
If corrected, that would be the nicest store.
