Short version is they got into an argument one night while driving around. He allegedly wouldn't let her out of the car and wouldn't give her back her phone. He was charged with criminal restraint, battery and criminal deprivation of property. He voluntarily entered a no-contact order. The ex-girlfriend notified the school b/c she 'was afraid' to be on campus with him. The school ordered him to have no contact with her and told him not to talk about her on social media. He continued to do so even after being warned.

I'm not defending the school b/c I don't think they should have have got involved unless there really was a reason for her to feel threatened on campus. With that said, the dude sounds like a fricking twat that was pretty hung up on his ex that he considers a "psycho bitch".
