Not completely. Talked on one of the owners and He said they lost some time to weather. Been at it for 4 weeks, said with weather, probably another 6 to be completely done. Made us play 10-18,7-9,10-15

That type of path is very labor intensive. Once finished it'll be nice then they can build a clubhouse.

All hand laid, going private around Nov 1, gonna finish paths, let everyone have a chance to play it, lay out what they are gonna do and charge around September, then it's later nerds, hot deals, and poor on November 1.

In Louisiana, you have to get two doctors to confirm there is no heartbeat before you can get the fetus out...it is heartbreaking shite when they do that test for the heartbeat and there is nothing.

Yeah man I didn't mean that. Sorry you had to go through that and I wouldn't wish that on anybody. It's just really bad timing for us to have another baby but we know that it's a blessing and everything will work out
