you are behind a cyclist and y'all come to a stop sign, would you rather the cyclists come to a full stop or treat the stop sign as a yield sign like some states allow

Full stop or very close to one, so I know what he/she is doing. Predictability assists motorists in not plowing a cyclist. I'm not in a big hurry. I'll give you the whole lane when I pass. Enjoy your ride. But, I do like to know what you'll do so I can plan to steer my 4500 lb vehicle around your 200 lb arse without having to test the laws of physics.

Amen. That's something I preach to new riders. BE PREDICTABLE. Both to drivers AND other cyclists.
