I remember letting this sht get me pissed off last year saying I hope the team comes out and shuts everyone the f up.
Didn't go too well for me last year.
Team me with the sht end of the stick in plenty of arguments. I miss being able to talk my team up and they back it up.

Listening to XM college sports radio today and the guys talking said what IMHO everyone is thinking. LSU could win the west and the SEC and make the playoffs. Or LSU could finish last or second to last in the west. Everyone sees the potential and the talent and if the QB and WRs get on the same page and execute this O correctly, it's a devastating loaded beat you up bully O. And the D will be better with coach O bringing the heat Chavis didn't. Special teams are solid. The FG/PA kicker will be a two man spot IMO and whichever one gets hot will take the primary role.
Arkansas and LSU are my dark horses to win the west. Mississippi State, some are predicting, will be 8-0 when they play Bama. I disagree, they will have lost to LSU and possibly aTm before facing Bama.
I choose to see my glass as half full and can't wait to see LSU ground and pound the hell out of the competition and climb to the top of the rankings going into the SECCG.

Fear LSU??? They don't have to fear LSU, but they will bend over and take it in 2015. LSU is the got damn hunter this year, and that's how a Tiger likes it.

Spurrier hasn't beaten Miles, Sumlin hasn't beaten Miles, Auburn hasn't beaten LSU on the road this millennium, Freeze is 1-2 in his time at Ole Miss, Mullen is 1-5 in his time at MSU and MSU's first win this millennium was last year, and Saban knows it's his toughest yearly matchup.
All this means nothing coming into this year...........

Pollack is jealous bc uga will finish 2nd in the heisman this year.

So...
He knows we're fricked at QB and Miles is still the coach?
Considering LSU has been middle of the road (and disappointing) over the last 3 seasons, he's correct to doubt all the hand jobs being given to the Tigers to this point.

He's still butt hurt from 03

I would be more concerned if he said LSU will be good this year. That would give me cause for concern. It would be like Dukke picking LSU to win a close game.....kiss of death. As far as I can remember, DP has never had anything positive to say about LSU....so nothing new here. Outside of his obvious dislike of LSU, I imagine that one of his roles for ESPN is to play LSU villian.

LSU has the X factor. Coach Les Miles. He will lose 2 to 3 games this year because of benching the best running back for the second half or fourth quarter. Just ask Charles Scott, Fournette, Hill, etc. LSU best backs disappear when the game is on the line.

He has averaged over 10 wins a year for 10 years, and yet we still have to read threads like this from young idiots like you.
You do know that in 5 years at LSU, Nick Saban had only 1 year with less that 3 losses.........Since you were about 10 years old back then, I'm guessing you are thinking "no way"...but yes, it is true.

He is correct. What about last year's team makes you think LSU will dominate? What has suddenly changed in our abysmal offensive system and game plans?
Who.do we have that can dependably rush the passers-by and stop the run?
Be real.

It's a new season that's about to start. Why not embrace the excitement that comes with a clean slate and a new season dawning?

I'm always excited for a new season but you guys get pissed when anyone writes the hard truth about the team based on facts. I would love to go undefeated this year....there is no evidence this team is better than last years.

What hand jobs? There's nothing but LSU sucks in the media. That thing about us winning the West was some formula ESPN made up and put into a computer and ran the scenario about a 1000 times. That was no one's actual opinion.
Also, LSU has gone 28-11 over the past 3 years. You want me to name the better SEC records?
Bama 36-5
UGA 30-10
USCe 29-10
LSU 28-11
Mizzu 28-12
Middle of the road is 6th-8th
LSU is 2nd in its division and 4th overall. If we go back to last 5 years, LSU had been 2nd overall in the toughest division and toughest conference in college football.
When LSU fans like you can stop being deluded into thinking winning 10 games is mediocre (considering only a few do it each year), then you'll realize just how good LSU has been, and will continue to be. LSU occasionally has the one off year, but they will be back the very next year.

Since the season hasn't started yet, where's your evidence that they won't be better than last years team? There's alot of talent on this team with the young guys that got tons of playing time last year. And I believe the QB's will be alot more productive this coming season with another year under their belts. I might be wrong, but I believe Miles and Cameron will have the offense light years ahead of last years.
