The article says he didn't, but I could've sworn he played 2B at LSU.... wasn't Nola the SS when he was here????

LeMahieu was the SS his freshmen year. He played both SS and 2B his Sophomore year

Haven't researched, but I remember him at short.

He played second his soph year and short his fresh year. He left after his soph year because he was old enough to enter the draft.

Inserting Nola into the lineup, midway thru the season, actually ignited the team and proplled them to the 2009 CWS title.
