In the Acadiana area we noticed a significant drop off in the talent and ability of the new recruits which causes the assignment secretary to burn out his top tier (older guys) or throw unproven guys into tough environments.

we lost bankers, salesmen, office managers, and other professionals that cared about the job and gained city worker types and labor crew members that only care about the money
