*Pure speculation*

Anyone else think this ManU coaching situation will determine the future of the club?

If Poch stays, it will send a message to the young players that he is here to stay. We are obviously moving in the right direction, and should hopefully be able to bring in a big name or 2 depending on how the season plays out.

If he leaves, well, back to the same ol Spurs. The coaching carousel continues.

Get outta here with that crap, nobody likes your "Pure speculation". I think Poch stays for a little while longer. Unless we really get on a roll and win a title or two and make good runs in Champions league, I see him moving to a bigger club sooner rather than later. That's just my opinion, but my opinion usually sucks.

Honestly, that's my biggest concern. The fellas on the morning show on SiriusXM were making that point the other day. They think the most important piece for Spurs right now is Poch (and I agree). He's the most vital piece of the puzzle that we really can't afford to lose.

Regarding Poch. I think he wants to stick it out for a while longer with one club. He is finally reaping the benefits of his system and his players he brought in that he feels fit his system. It has taken him a while and a lot of hard work to build this squad that I think finally suits him and his style. Can't imagine him not seeing things through for a little while more at least.

He's not really an immediate impact type manager where he comes in and starts winning with an already intact squad. His style of play doesn't really bode well for this type scenario.

Plus I truly think in his mind he is at a big club already so any desire to manage a "big club" may not be a big factor. I mean he is always saying stuff like “For me, historically Tottenham is one of the biggest clubs in England. It is not a surprise we are in a good position.".

Of course he could leave tomorrow as well.

I love the guy and what he does and all indications are the players do as well. Long live Poch and COYS.
