I agree. Destin's airport is a lot busier than I thought it would be. I stayed at a condo near there last month. Literally one small jet after another was taking off or landing. I had no idea that many private jets would be flying into destin. $$$$$$$

Eglin AFB now rents its long runways to commercial passenger carriers. Air Force is competing with both the Valparaiso and Destin airports. 3 commercial airports within 5 miles of each other and that doesn't even include Hurlbert Field which is strictly military.
