Dude, he DECKED her 
Watched it a few more times. He was rude. She's a dumb bitch. She hit him, it was more than a tap. He clocked the frick out of her. He's a moron.
I'd kick him off the team for the simple fact that he's a freshman QB hitting a girl at the bar. Idc what legal action he could or should face. What he did was MORONIC. Not that it's any better to do that in your sophomore, junior, or senior year...but fricking Christ you should have enough sense to know that coming in as a freshman you need to stay out of fricking trouble like that. He punched a girl on video, that's just too stupid to remain on my football team.
