Seems a little harsh all things considered.
Cocomo is kinda right here. I mean JP has pretty much molded his entire life around the incident. He goes all over the country talking about it and he never misses an opportunity to discuss it here.
I'm sure he'll pop in soon.

He's pretty bad though. I'm on the fence on whether he gets as lifetime pass.
Yeah well, people will have their opinions on it, and I'm not going to frick with you over it. Besides, you have had three more years to endure it than I have bnap [usersignupdate].

I picture Benson from SVU delivering this line with a wink and a nudge.

So you're annoyed that he figured out his life's purpose, which is advocating for sexual assault and kidnapping victims? Yeah, that sure beats the really meaningful work most of us do, day in and day out.

That guy is straight out of pedophile central casting. Did he also drive a windowless white van?

Or just got a tad bit safer. One less pedo.

I think the opposite might be occurring.

No... not at all actually. I appreciate the concern though.

He pleaded down to and was convicted of Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile two weeks ago.
So Why TF was he walking the streets? Why wasn't he in prison?
If I were the police, there would be no investigation. Death from natural causes.

If pedos don't want to get caught, why do so many of them rock such suspicious facial hair?
Apparently those black rimmed glasses are big in the pedo community too. My wife is a social worker and used to work in a prison. She says every one of the child molesters wore glasses like this guy has and a high percentage of them were in wheel chairs.

The more shite like this happens and police do nothing, the less people will be "born" this way.

Vigilantly justice. Needs to happen more often.

Good. If they charge the father who probably did this I hope the jury says Nope.
Don't worry, they'll find and charge the pissed off dad. There'll be outcry, he'll be convicted of something less than murder, and everyone will forget about it.

Yes, a child being raped is responsible for Ferguson

He might have been on bond awaiting sentencing. A presentence report is typical in cases like that, so that a full victim's impact statement can be made available to the court.
If he had already been sentenced I'm curious what it was, but since it's not mentioned in the article I think it had not been handed down yet.

I've got no problem with Jody Plauche and his advocacy. In fact, I think his point of view is very interesting, and somewhat unique.
He makes a point that when society reacts SO strongly to child sex abuse (over-reacts), it can inadvertently make the situation psychologically worse for the surviving victims. They come to see the crime that was commited against them as SO heinous, that it leaves them feeling even more tainted and damaged.
Quite frankly, that idea had never crossed my mind until I read some of his comments.
