I for one believe the effects have been overblown from day 1. I do not see any affect or even hear about it from fisherman anymore.
Red snapper are more numerous than at any time in history. Speckled trout bite this year is outstanding!
Its not like anyone without knowledge of the incident are noticing any affects from it.
Basically it is over and done with. History!
