I take care of all household maintenance other than painting and plumbing. I've learned the hard way that those two projects are best left to the pros.

the whole process of moving is what I hate.....the banks, the inspections, insurance, realtors, lawyers, movers, packing, transferring utilities, unpacking, getting settled...frick that

I can do good work with paint but I'm terribly slow. Plus, I hate that shite.
Plumbing, on the other hand, is just something that needs to be handled by someone who does it every day. They have all the specialty tools and are accustomed to contorting themselves to get into all those tight spaces.
