Nah. I know someone who is familiar with the situation and said the article is about 5% of what happened and she should have been let go a long time a
Then where are the write ups, the written warnings not to repeat specific behavior signed by the teacher?
What I read from the article in terms of written documentation were 18 straight years of satisfactory reviews.
Getting rid of a sub standard employee so that there are no blow backs from the employee, EEOC, or even unemployment claims, is about the simplest task a competent manager has to deal with.
Maybe the article was poorly written and factually misleading.
If not, lsu gonna pay.

The entire class filed complaints against her on more than one occasion.
This bitch literally lost it.
When she asked the department which student filed the complaint, they told her the truth. They weren't sure if they had any of her students who HADN'T filed a complaint.
She later on tried to force all of her students to attend some wierd "money responsibility" seminar at a local hotel. Turns out she was receiving money for each referral she made. It had to be explained to her why this was unethical.
She definitely went on a downward spiral.

If you ever see a journalist write something about a subject that you are close to or that you have expert knowledge in, you will quickly realize that they are morons.
They love to mislead the reader to spice up the story too.
