I mean the law was passed a few hours ago. Should we expect every state to already have new regulations in place? It says in the article that they will have to make changes to the conventional marriage licenses... it makes sense that they would need a little time to get everything in order before they just start handing shite out.

Well I understand the 25dsys, there's no point in issuing a license if an appeal can be filed and the whole thing overturned and now you have a defunct marriage license. Now if they were delaying the licenses just bc they're gay that would be a different story.
