Reboot not only your Ftv box but also your router. I have to reboot both every couple of days and it does fix a lot of buffering issues. And as others have said, some streams are just slow. Also, most cable company routers are crap. I have set my Time Warner router as a Bridge and let my Linksys router do the DNS serving. If that doesnt help, call Ftv support. I'm sure they will have you do a factory re-set

A lot of this true.

Also, if you run a router and access point, the FireTV (stick at least) will not reconnect to the strongest signal. When I reboot my routers, usually the farthest one is first. So my firestick connects to it and doesn't switch to the one that's 15' away once it reboots.
