The revenue per round of golf has to go up to cover the costs of operating the golf course. Are there enough people willing to pay more per round for the membership privilege to play Pelican Point? i know you contribute to the money board so you are probably better at finance than myself, but I don't see how this can work by basically off public golf the money to make that up has to come from somewhere? if the current members are 350 i'd like to know how many of the members are in pp vs oustide the developement.
Based on limited research i have done via google I think the club is financially strained to begin with.
