I used the Gila in our master bedroom. It sits on the southeast corner of our house and was always noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. We get early morning sun that peaks through trees right into the back of the house and into the bedroom, plus being on the south side as well means that it always gets sun. I have a large window on the east side and two smaller windows on the south side. The south side is right next to our driveway. I put the Gila film on all of the windows in our master BR and it had an immediate effect. Also, the film is not noticeable from the road, only when you pull into the driveway and drive up next to the master br can you tell that is has the film. It's been on the windows for about 3yrs and has held up well. Plenty of "how to" videos on Youtube.

Mine (gila) is basically mirror tint because my sun room is just straight windows all around. I'd say it lowered inside temps by 10-15° during the day. Can't see inside during the day either, which I like
