ETA: That is, if you've suggested a bar, and she shot you down. Then you suggested a restaurant and she shot that down. Then screw it, i'd flat out tell her to choose since she's gonna keep shooting you down til she gets her choice anyway. But if it went down like that, I do think that's something to keep an eye on.

If, as I may understand it, came up in casual conversatoin before asking her on a date, and you just happen to be equipped with that knowledge that she doesn't want that, then you can come up with one o fthe many suggested here.
