I can see how some may interpret his comments this way...and others won't. I for one don't believe cops are trying to be unlawful while performing their job. Of course some are but I don't think this guy was advocating we are going to be trampling on your rights.

I agree. They understand their job is to protect and serve the community. Their execution is where my issue lies. It's not that they're trying to be unlawful; it's that they do unlawful things because they feel that it allows them to protect and serve.

My uncle is a lawyer and he tells me to never consent to a search and to never talk to the police unless it is necessary. Keep it to yes sir, no sir and again only answer questions that are necessary. The goal is to have the officer move on. You basically treat and fear them like mobsters.

He installed a camera in his kid's trunk that starts recording when people open the trunk just in case they try to frame him.
