I'm just taking him at his words. "If you don't comply, expect to be met with force."
Now this was a specific example, but he's certainly planning on trampling on citizens' rights.

I can see how some may interpret his comments this way...and others won't. I for one don't believe cops are trying to be unlawful while performing their job. Of course some are but I don't think this guy was advocating we are going to be trampling on your rights.
