I thought young Megan showed a certain amount of finesse in her dirty play at the plate. You've got admit that her timing was perfect. Both of those girls got flattened. My only question is, after she leveled the first girl, why didn't the second one slide in spikes up?

It looks like she was trying to give the catcher a rub or jam her. But that catcher was too stout for her and she just glanced off.

She thought she was gonna give Stretch a lesson in low center of gravity. Stretch gave her a short and brutal physics lesson instead.

I doubt they wear metal spikes, but this was my thought as well. It's the way it should be taken care of...
