Ignorant statement.

A lot of those guys do really well if they have even a little common sense and run it like a business. Think about the cash money they are making at $40 a pop if they have decent equipment and can knock out 15-20 yards per day which is possible.

A friend of mine goes all over the state cutting low-income housing projects. He has a crew of 5 counting himself and some really nice Skag mowers. They cut like 100-200 yards per day in some neighborhoods. He is killing it.

I have 4 grass set ups of my own for the repo houses I manage and I do pretty well off of grass during the Summer. It's not the majority of my income but it does provide decent operating capital. My guys cut 112 yards last week in Lafayette and another 42 in Lake Charles. You do the math.
