I had a 750 sq ft apartment smack dab in Fremont for about $1050/month and it included water, trash, sewage, etc.
It's really not that bad, but is definitely more than BR. One thing though is you are getting back 6% on your income tax since like Texas, Washington state doesn't have income tax.

Is it a nice apartment? If I can get an apartment at that price I would be estatic
