Of course it would, but why not close Grambling and Southern as there purpose is antiquated. What purpose does SE Louisiana and Nichols St serve along with Northwestern St? ULM has the 9th best nursing school in America and their pharmacy school is among the best as well, so it should not be closed. If anything the resources should go to LSU!

Since Southeastern has the second largest enrollment in the state I'm sure they could ask why not shut ULL down??
