Mazens is great. Their rack of lamb is superb.
Take a look at La Truffle Savage as well.
As far as steaks, Vic & Anthonys in the Nugget us the best. Would stay away from the rest of the food in either.

i personally prefer 121 bistro to mazen's, but you'll do well at either

The grand marnier souffle is amazing, and I'm not a big dessert person. Their fish dishes are superb and the duck is also one of my go to's. Last time I went they had a New York Strip with a chipotle bleu cheese butter sauce that was incredible.
I haven't had a bad meal at 121, but it's probably been 6 months since I've gone so maybe they've been having some issues.
Others have mentioned La Truffe, which I haven't tried but have heard great things about.
