was it due to some fault of their property, such as a cracked sidewalk, hazerdous tree roots etc? If your kid was simply sliding and broke her leg, then no, you have no case.

Homeowners policies have medical payments coverage and liability coverage. The former is if someone gets injured on your property with no negligence on the homeowner.

Like if someone accidentally breaks their leg while at your house.

No case involved
