The police were called and the woman admitted being involved in the road rage situation. Is it actually ok for her not to give her name when the cop asks for it in that situation?

I'd be on her side if it was just a cop walking down the street but seems to me like she had to comply based on the circumstances.

Yes. Unless he is arresting or citing her for something she doesn't have to give him any information. Her name wasn't important to the road rage investigation and it had already been determined nothing illegal happened.

Nope.

If there's no crime being committed, has been committed or any infraction that has taken place, she's well within her rights to refuse to comply.

Lol, cases like this are just one reason why protected immunity for cops needs to end.
