If I'm in a traffic situation with another person and they thought I was driving erratically and the cops came, you are absolutely fricking right I would answer any questions the cops had, because I'm not a moron. I dont' think I'm "keeping it real" or sticking it to the man by being defiant. I'd tell them my name, birthday, any other qeustions they had. You know why? Because if I feel I'm innocent, me telling my side of the story is the best way to get MY side of thigns across. Refusing to cooperate and being a dickhead does no good whatsoever.
