I definitely agree with your logic here and would be frustrated in your situation.
My question: Why accept his offer if it makes you feel uncomfortable? Can't you just say the price is firm?
If it's not something you feel in your gut is the right thing to do, I wouldn't do it.

Absolutely! I never even responded to the guy, hoping he got the message that he insulted me and that I am not going to waste another second of my time on him if he expects to be just a low baller customer rather than want a simple discount (like a few $100 maybe) or make sure I give him best finance rate and 'back end' products discount. He honestly can go elsewhere to buy and take chance they do not rip him off in some part of the process.
